Creationist "Ark Park"

I have some serious questions about this...This seems to me to be a separation of church and State TAX issue and one of hypocrisy and greed. Something about this is not quite right, where would the money go that they would save in TAX breaks... wold it benefit the park or to the ministry? Does the Ministry own the park? how does this work? A "Creationist ministry"... First, as an assumed Christian ministry (based on the bible), are they a tax exempt "non-profit"? Second, as a non-profit, are they also asking for a tax brake on a "for profit" christian theme park that they would own? Sounds to me like they want their cake and eat it too... can't have it both ways.
